Help adapting AI workflows to your business.

The guides here are designed to help you make progress on your own. If your workflow involves custom systems, difficult data, or a team rollout, paid consulting can help you adapt, test, and hand over a working process.

Workflow review

One process map, a simpler-alternative review, data and access requirements, a fit/no-fit recommendation, and scoped next steps. The recommendation may be not to build. Implementation is separately scoped.

Pilot implementation

One bounded workflow, agreed integrations, representative tests, acceptance criteria, a documented trial, and a fallback. This does not automate an entire department. External actions and authority must be agreed explicitly.

Team rollout

Reviewer practice, an operating procedure, a permissions and ownership map, handoff, and backup responsibilities. Sessions and participants belong in the proposal; ongoing operation is not implied.

Maintenance

Agreed monitoring tasks, incident ownership, review cadence, change process, and exit or handover terms. No around-the-clock support or response-time promise is made unless actually contracted.

Process and deliverables

  1. Describe the task and current tools.
  2. Review suitability and simpler alternatives.
  3. Agree scope, fees, and acceptance criteria.
  4. Build and test within that scope.
  5. Document and hand over ownership and fallback.

Suitability limits

Unclear permissions, unowned data, or consequential actions without review need preparation before implementation. Compatibility with existing tools is checked during scoping. A workshop may be part of a review or rollout, not a substitute for a testable outcome.

Scope-based pricing

Scope and fees are agreed before work begins. The work depends on the systems involved, the state of your information, and the testing and handoff you need.

Common questions

Can I follow the tutorials myself?

Yes. Education and worksheets are ungated. The foundation walkthrough is illustrative and requires live-tool verification before acting.

Does this need an agent?

Not necessarily. A checklist, ordinary automation, or fixed AI-assisted workflow may fit better.

Can you work with existing tools?

That depends on supported connections, access requirements, and scope. Compatibility must be checked before agreeing to work.

What information should I share?

Describe the task, tools, problem, and useful result. Do not send confidential records or credentials.

What happens after I submit?

The form is not enabled yet. Once delivery is configured, an accepted inquiry will be reviewed and any meeting agreed by email. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking.

How are fees determined?

By the agreed systems, information preparation, tests, and handoff. No price or free-consultation promise is implied.

What happens after handoff?

The proposal identifies who operates the workflow, what support is included, and how maintenance or exit is handled.
